HEAT PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

This the best emblem adhesive for decorating caps. The Headwear adhesive has a strong tacky back to help with positioning and to prevent shifting while pressing, making it easier than every to decorate caps and other headwear. As the adhesive cures it creates a powerful bond.

The lower temperature and pressure requirements mean there is less of a chance of burning or heat marks. Get the best finish possible with the headwear adhesive

This is best adhesive to use for decorating a wide range of fabrics and garments. The Apparel adhesive is the closest option to being a universal adhesive that works for just about anything – including fabrics coated with DWR.

The Apparel adhesive low heat setting requirements make it perfect for even the most heat sensitive fabrics. Durable for longevity, but not suitable for heavy stretch products.

This is the best adhesive for decorating bags. The Promo works great with technical synthetic fabrics, like 600D Polyester and Ripstop nylon.

This low-melt adhesive has the ability to expand your decorating capabilities by allowing you to venture into the profitable area of customizing bags and more.

This is the best adhesive for when you are embroidering an emblem to a garment.  The Crafter adhesive has a light tacky backing allowing it to be repositioned for perfect placement. It stays in place withstanding the vibrations of the embroidery machine to get the perfect finish.

The Crafter adhesive is also great for decorating at home using a domestic hand held iron or a crafter style heat press. This is the best adhesive for emblems that are being given away for promotional purposes to increase brand awareness.

  • We suggest you start with these instructions to dial in your press settings to ensure adhesion.
  • Thicker emblems, such as DecoLeather, may need longer dwell time to ensure the adhesive melts. Please test with your heat press.
  • Begin by testing application at lowest temp & time.
  • Cover with a cover paper such as parchment paper, clean fabric or teflon as needed.
